Death Note - I was so hooked to the story that once I got home after watching it, I went to youtube to watch all the anime. I like the story very much. But I have always been awed by the way japanese write comics stories. Not the usual good prevail over bad. Justice done to the evil.
But japanese writers write about the people's extreme thoughts and sophiscated conceptions, bringing the stories very much to life. And the characters in the stories are so strong in their personalities.
But similar to Naruto, the bad characters in Death Note are bad for a reason. They are simply not people who grow up just to kill. Their minds were either corrupted or psychoed along the way.
Anyway, other than the lame heart attacks acted out by the cursed people, I cannot complain much about this movie. Hopefully the 2nd movie comes out quick. :)~~

lol fyi, good triumph over bad in this series and you wun be seeing much of the lame heart attacks later on. Itz more of the mind games behind L and light. The 2nd series should be released by end of the year... y so fast? coz part 1 was showned in Japan during June and we are like 1/2 year behind! wth...
yah hor i forgot you are the undisputed comic king in causeway point haha..
But i think i just wait for the movie, coz if know the whole story may have higher expectation ah..
