Today when I played soccer, I met a friend who owe me some money.
Really made me fed up man..
He told me that he quited his job (yet again), and had no money to return me. Wanted to find a higher pay job so that he could pay me back. I was thinking,"If you really wanted to pay me back, you wouldn't have quited your so-called lousy job. Can just try to give me back a bit to fake some sincerity right?"
Then he told me that if I die die wanted the money, he would ask his mum to pay me back $100 every month. What the shit.. How old liao still ask mum to pay debt? Hey, wake up your idea lah.. Have some backbone can anot?!!
Actually, I'm not very sad to say that I lost a friend this way. I'm in fact rather proud to say that I have lost the trust, and this realization is priceless.
Sometimes, I would still regret my stupidity and naive thinking of hoping to get back my money, but sometimes I wondered whether it's cause and effect. In the end, maybe I'm still a person who hates people who let me down when I trusted them. Haha yes! Welcome back to the mundane world.
ZZZzzZZ
As the saying goes, "Lend your money, lose your friend". If someone actually wants to borrow money from you, it simply means he's broke. If he got money, he wouldn't need to borrow money from you. So?
yah you are right. He's really broke. But to see someone so worst, it was quite a shame for me not to see thru him right from the beginning.
Haha.. anyway, this is good. I'm another step to "放下" the superficial stuff in life (what an excuse ;p)
Eh...I'm worse off than u lor...
Back in my poly days i lent $ to my ex-bf...we ended up breaking off and the $ nv came back....
Thats how clever he is...and wat a fool I've been...
I guess we should have been mantally prepared when these $ were being loan out....
I learned my lesson the hard way...
wah thats worst. $ really let us see a lot of faces behind the mask. So let's thank this wonderful invention. $$$$$$$$$
Anyway, we can surely learn from a lesson, no matter how big or small it is:)
